What kind of preparation do I need for a headshot session?
I have you covered. After you book a session you will receive an email with some easy preparation tips and tricks to make the most of your session. It includes tips on make up, clothing and hair. If you want more individualized assistance picking clothes and planning for your session, schedule a zoom with me and let’s craft the elements that speak to your individual brand.
I HATE having my picture taken/ I am not Photogenic
This is a common concern (it was mine too). Honestly, with the right photographer this goes away. My coaching will help you gain confidence in front of the camera, and I have a TON of bad jokes that will have you laughing in no time (even if it is at me).

Individual Headshot Session - How many images do I get/need?
This is entirely up to you. With a la carte pricing you decide what you need and what you can afford. Many of my clients prefer to use different images for different sites and functions (LinkedIn, Teams, website, marketing materials etc.) We can discuss uses at your session and ensure that we capture images that suit each use.
Headshots & Events - How do my attendees receive their images?
Event photos can be shared directly with attendees using facila recognition technology- SpotMyPhotos. After guests register once for an event, a link to attendees own private gallery is instantly shared. This gallery updates during the event with each photo they appear in. Photos can be downloaded immediately and shared on their own terms via social media.
What do you focus on as an event photographer?
It goes without saying that details matter at an event. Much hard work is put into producing an event of any size and part of a photographers job is to capture that. But, a photographer’s priority should be on capturing defining moments of an event that both tell a story and evoke a feeling. Every image I make is about something, whether that be an emotion, reaction, or an interaction, there is always a meaning behind the photograph. I believe that images like these are what offer a window into what it was like to be there. These are also the images most effective in social media.
Why are images important to my marketing?
Still images in contemporary marketing are increasingly important. 80% of marketers use visual in their social media marketing while 32% of marketers say visual images are the most important form of content for their business. Visuals are processed 60,000 times faster than text. Social media posts that include an image is 10 times more likely to receive engagement.
